Hlavnou myšlienkou trojdňového sympózia je prepojenie vedy s umením a mapovanie nových performatívnych postupov vo vzťahu ku klimatickým zmenám a témam týkajúcich sa prírody.
Umožňuje umelcom podeliť sa s diváctvom o svoje metodológie výskumu, odhaľovať dôležité otázky a riešiť výzvy budúcnosti, napríklad aj tú, aké podoby umenia dávajú zmysel tvárou v tvár klimatickej kríze.
Vytvára priestor na zdieľanie na úrovni emócií, faktov, telesných skúseností a profesionálnej etiky. Prináša rôznorodé poznatky, zdroje, uhly pohľadu na tvorbu a provokuje izolovanosť jednotlivých oblastí.

International Performative Symposium

TELOCVIČŇA - Dance Residency Centre

The main idea of the three-day symposium is to connect science with art and to map new performative practices in relation to climate change and nature-related themes.
It allows artists to share their research methodologies with the audience, to uncover important questions and to address future challenges, such as what forms of art make sense in the face of the climate crisis.
It creates a space for sharing on the level of emotions, facts, bodily experiences and professional ethics. It brings diverse knowledge, sources, and perspectives to the creation and provokes the isolation of particular fields.
