Summer Squash and Basil Pasta:
Summer squash and zucchini sauteed with garlic, olive oil and fresh basil, served over a paccheri pasta, finished with fresh shaved parmesan
Paired with Mumm Napa, Brut Methode Traditionelle Rose Napa Valley

3rd Course
Your choice of
Chicken or Cod Milanese:
Lemon butter caper sauce, served with crispy fried potatoes and a baby arugula salad
