Rules for Strongman comp:
1. Truck Pull
🐺 Arm over arm with rope
🐺 Sat in tyre
🐺 Gloves allowed
🐺 15m pull
🐺 In the fastest time possible
2. Loading Race
🐺 Sandbags will be loaded over a 3 x yokes at 15m away
🐺 Yoke heights 5 foot, 4 ½ feet and 4 feet
🐺 In the fastest time possible
3. Overhead Medley
🐺 All items to be pressed above head at full lock out.
🐺 Wait for down signal before moving on
🐺 No grip shirts
🐺 No tacky
🐺 In the fastest time possible
4. Static Hold
🐺 50mm Axle bar to be held double over hand.
🐺 Bar will be deadlifted from the floor
🐺 Time will start when fully locked out
🐺 No straps
🐺 No holding on thighs
🐺 Chalk allowed
🐺 Longest time held wins
5. Stone over Yoke
🐺 Height 4ft for women – 4.5 ft for men
🐺 As many reps as possible in 60 secs
🐺 Tacky allowed
