RunStrong Fall/Winter Marathon Training Info Meeting

What's your next running goal? Have you thought about training for your first half marathon? OR do you want a PR in a marathon? Whatever it is, you can do it and we can get you there.

Our upcoming group training cycle for the Rocket City Half or Full Marathon starts August 25th. This training cycle can be modified to work for any December event!

Our customized Runstrong endurance plans will have you ready for race day! We focus not only on endurance but on building and maintaining strength, along with improving mobility to prevent injury.

To give our runners the support they need, we have at least 3 group workouts or runs each week- Tuesday and Thursday at 6 and Saturday mornings at 7. Members also get 24/7 access to RunStrong HQ, our run-centered fitness training facility, along with access to coaches, and discounts on run specialty products.
