Chill Run with RunStrong and Kinda Gritty

RunStrong is teaming up with Kinda Gritty to kick off our upcoming training cycle for the Rocket City Half or Full Marathon!

Join us Tuesday, August 19, at 6 pm at RunStrong HQ. You can do an easy run OR we’ll give you a speed workout to do at your own pace! Kinda Gritty is bringing the cold plunge trailer chilled to the perfect temp of 52 degrees so you can recover afterward! Kinda Gritty will also have some swag and promotions for Rocket City and Salute Red, White and Blue!

Whether you want to run your first half or full marathon or if you’re shooting for a PR, RunStrong can get you there and NOW is the time to join. RunStrong is a membership based gym with a focus on run centered fitness! We work on strength and mobility to improve running and overall physical conditioning. Our 16 week training cycle for the half or full will start Monday, August 25!

This is a free event open to runners and walkers at any fitness level! Come chill with us!
