Outdoor yoga and sound in the forest at High Lodge

Gentle movement, soothing sounds and the forest surrounding you. For this summer special event I am partnering with Lucy of YogaStrong (www.yogastrong.co.uk) to bring you these pop up outdoor yoga and sound bath sessions at High Lodge in Thetford Forest.

Suitable for all levels of yoga practice - event if you have never tried it before, this is yoga for every body! Suitable for all 18yrs+

Lucy will skillfully guide you to connect to your breath and body through some stretches and yoga postures while I simultaneously create a soundscape with my instruments. Surrounded by the trees with the forest air upon your skin and birdsong all around.
When it is time to end the yoga with savasana you can rest your body down to the earth and simply enjoy a sound bath to relax and restore.

To conclude you will be offered a hot drink and biscuits or fruit before you head home.

This session are planned to be outdoors, should the weather not be on our side they will take place inside the Oak Lodge building nestled amongst the trees.

Site entry and parking will be discounted for these sessions to £1 cash for the duration of the session only, so If you arrive earlier, please pay for your parking at the standard rate.

These are pop- up special sessions which are non-refundable. Offered in partnership with Forestry England.
