Join us for a hands-on Fire Cider Make & Take Workshop, where you’ll learn to craft your own batch of this zesty, immune-boosting herbal tonic! With herbalist and health coach Tricia Little, owner of Healthy Happy Hippie.

Fire cider is a traditional folk remedy made by infusing raw apple cider vinegar with everyday ingredients like garlic, onion, ginger, spicy peppers, and often infused with herbs like thyme and rosemary. During this workshop, you’ll discover the history and benefits of fire cider, learn about immune-boosting herbs, chop, grate, and peel ingredients with community, and get step-by-step guidance in creating your own blend of fire cider to take home.
