Keystone Yoga Free Open House

Always been curious about yoga but never tried it? Saturday, November 8, from 9-12, is your chance. When you attend, you’ll move your body, reconnect with yourself, and leave stronger, calmer, and more energized than you came in.

Classes are free, the energy is welcoming, and the community is ready to support you. It’s the first step toward feeling stronger, calmer, and more in control of your day.

We’ll have 3 of our most popular classes, special offers and raffles all morning! Come experience it for yourself.

10:00-10:30am - Vinyasa Flow with Nikhil
10:45-11:15am - Gentle Yoga with Peggy
