Moth Observation Night at Stony Lake Pavilion
Join us for a special evening in celebration of National Moth Week! We’ll start with a gentle one mile walk around Stony Lake at dusk, keeping our eyes out for beavers, frogs, and other critters that come alive as the sun sets. Then, as night falls, we’ll return to the pavilion to observe and learn about the many species of moths that are attracted to our setup.
Location: Stony Lake Pavilion (meet at the pavilion near the parking lot)
What to Bring:
All ages welcome! Come ready to explore, learn, and appreciate the incredible nighttime biodiversity of our area.
Parking: Please park at the Stony Lake parking lot and walk over to the pavilion to meet the group.
