The full moon signifies the end of the monthly lunar cycle—a time of realization and fulfillment of what was started during the new moon. As the summer comes to a close with the full moon in Aquarius, we may find our energy uneven, our path forward unclear, and a need to feel loved and accepted. This Restorative practice will offer both uplifting and grounding poses with a Sound Bath to conclude our practice. ($35/pp)
