Ars Poetica in Motion: A Somatic Creative Writing Workshop

Take a breath. Drop into your body. Put pen to page.

This 90-minute workshop blends gentle somatic yoga with mentor poems and accessible writing prompts designed to help you reflect, express, and explore your inner creative world.

No experience with writing or somatic yoga is required—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to engage in a new creative process.

No pressure. No performance. Just space to reflect, express, and discover.

Facilitators will remain after the session for open discussion and optional sharing. Along with your yoga mat, bring your favorite writing implement and a notebook or paper.

Come as you are. Leave having created something new. ($35/pp)
