You might be a creative, an artist or writer, looking to deepen into your own truths. Or maybe you are an activist exploring the daring edges of using your voice, or you are a justice seeker who wants to continue to nurture your softness. Here’s what you can expect:
- 4 hour workshop with guided writing and a 1 hour lesson in the basics of swordsmanship

- guided explorations through reflective writing exercises to explore where your creativity and courage meet

- witnessing of your writing (optional sharing with the group)

- brief and optional visualization and meditation for embodying readiness and intentionality with swordplay

- A lesson in swordsmanship and some swordplay

- Refreshments and snacks included
