Action Anxiety Day Celebration

At this event held on Action Anxiety Day, there will be two individual sessions we will be educating community professionals that would like to learn more about Anxiety Disorders, and premiering two new short films on Anxiety Disorders. These powerful films are created by MEHAR Canada to promote awareness around Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, panic attacks and PTSD. The purpose of these films is to challenge stigma, unmask anxiety and motivate individuals to seek help.

Morning session: targeted towards professionals working in the community that can benefit from gaining a deeper understanding of anxiety disorders.

11am-2pm, $10.00

Evening session: premier of our two short films on Anxiety Disorders, light dinner and live music

6:30pm-9:30pm, $25.00
