Family Movement & Mindfulness

Join me for a weekly session hosted by Thayer Public Library for children ages 1–5 years old and their caregivers.

Each class features playful movement, gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and time to relax and find stillness. These activities help children learn how to focus, stay calm, and build emotional awareness, all while having fun and building connections. Siblings welcome.

This program is free of charge and there is no registration required.
