Our Alpaca Walking Experiences take approximately 2 hours, consisting of a welcome and brief Health & Safety chat, , meeting our walking team, holding the lead rein training, a walk around our paddock to get used to walking your alpaca, then a leisurely stroll around our farm, past our paddocks of pygmy goats, past the Christmas trees, alongside the beautiful river Blackwater, through our copse of willow trees and past one of our lakes until we walk back to our start point. There will be plenty of chances to stop for photo's and to film video's.
The walk takes approximately 75 minutes.
The farm experience continues... by carrying out our famous PYGMY GOAT FISHING, feeding the goat herd. Next we meet the female alpacas and cria and finally we visit our Pygmy Goat Nursery paddock for cuddles with the pygmy goat kids!
These events are aimed at adults and children aged 10 plus may attend. Children 10-13 years can double lead rein the alpaca with an adult aver 18 years. 14 years plus can lead rein the alpaca, accompanied by an adult.
1 person walking 1 alpaca £40 (adult only ticket)
2 people sharing 1 alpaca £50 per pair
3 people sharing 1 alpaca £62.50 per trio
Accompanying person (no alpaca) to be used with the 1 or 2 people per alpaca option only £10 per person
