📍 Location: Memorial Park (Mill Ave / Stew C. Mills Parking Lot)
⏰ Time: 5:00 – 7:00 PM (Set up at 4:00 PM for participants)
Bring the kids in costume for trick-or-treating fun, or sign up your business/organization to host a trunk and show off your Halloween spirit.
