Mama’s Strength Connection - FREE

Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers!

Thursday, July 24th group will be held at Lum Park in Brainerd. There will be crafting on painting a bird house and talking about birth stories!

This free class is designed just for you. Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom.

This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class.
