Mama’s Strength Connection - FREE

Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers!

Thursday, July 29th group, we will be meeting at Reallife wellness Studio in Crosby and doing a group walk to the Library park for a low impact workout, then feel free to stay and check out the Library!

This free class is designed just for you. Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom.

This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class.
