Full Moon Restorative

This 75-minute Full Moon Restorative class is designed to restore your soul and deeply relax your whole body. Give yourself the gift of deep peace with this restorative practice. This class focuses on 4-5 restorative poses that are intended to create a deep calm in your body, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded and clear. In between the poses we will move slowly and gently with breath to transition from one pose to another.
First time students are free. The price for drop in classes is $25 per person. You can also purchase a 5 pack of classes for 75$, or 10 classes for $130. To register or if you have questions please contact us.
