All Levels Active Rocket Flow

This class combines traditional Ashtanga yoga with elements of creative Vinyasa yoga flow. Rocket Yoga is meant to increase flexibility, strength, and balance in the body, while also promoting a sense of calm and mental focus. This class includes arm balancing and different inversion poses depending on comfort level. This practice is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis, as the series of poses can be modifying to suit various levels of fitness and ability.
First time students are free. The price for drop in classes is $25 per person. You can also purchase a 5 pack of classes for 75$, or 10 classes for $130. To register or if you have questions, please contact us through FB or text 612 810 2065.
