Welcome to Intro to Trail Running 101!
Come join us for an exciting event at West Bragg Creek Day Use Area where you'll learn the basics of trail running. This event is specific for beginners that are interested in learning how to trail run. There is no prior trail running experience needed but a running base is recommended.
We'll hit the trails for a one hour run/walk followed by a trail safety discussion where you can enjoy some snacks and connect. We also have a few giveaways up our sleeves!
We will cover everything you need to know to hit the trails confidently. From proper gear and hydration to trail etiquette and safety tips, we've got you covered.
Have kiddos? No problem, we have outdoor on-site childcare. Please pack a snack and appropriate outdoor gear for your kids.
