You will be guided into relaxation through our meditative approach, within a cast circle of protection.
This approach focuses on all 4 energy levels - body, mind, emotions and spirit.
We will experience gentle stretches to balance the body, silent releasing rituals, exploring our shadow selves, sharing healing energy between us, oracle reading and ending with a Cacao ceremony and blessing for each other.
A beautiful and non-imposing way to tap into the out innate ways to heal and comfort ourselves.
