🌳Escape to the Woods (Mindfulness & Reiki)

Join me in reconnecting with the healing energy of the natural world. There is an unseen connection that flows between all living things, including us. By learning to tune into nature, we can nurture our physical health, calm our minds, and deepen our spiritual wellbeing.

In this course, you’ll experience forest bathing (nature-based meditation), and mindful engagement with nature and the elements. You'll learn to read nature’s quiet guidance, tap into your own innate and ancestral wisdom, and express your journey through art and nature journaling.

Whether you're exploring your inner Druid, or just taking some time for quiet, this could be just the circle for you.
