These weekly sessions offer a calm, supportive space to slow down, release stress, and reconnect with your body and breath. Each class is designed to help you build awareness and create a steady, grounding rhythm in your week.
The practice is intentionally gentle and adaptable, suitable for all bodies, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous experience. You are welcome to rest or adapt as needed—this is your space.
Weekly Themes
Each session can be attended on its own, while also forming part of a wider journey:

Weeks 3–4: Breathing for Balance
Weeks 5–6: Breathing for Calm
Weeks 7–8: Breathing Practices for Seasonal Change
Weeks 9–10: Vitalising the Prana – Body and Mind
Practical Details
When: Tuesdays, 7–8 pm, until 11 Nov

Group size: Small and supportive (max. 8 participants)
Cost: £12 per session (cash at the door or £12.39 online, valid for 2 weeks after purchase)
What to Bring
Yoga mat
1–2 pillows and 1–2 blankets
Optional: bolster, eye mask, or props for comfort

These sessions are a complementary wellbeing practice and not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or clinical care. They are facilitated by Ashwini, an experienced practitioner in pranayama and breathwork.
You can attend any week that feels right for you. Spaces are limited, so please pre-register where possible.
