Stay Active with Our Free, Instructor-Led Wellness Classes!
Every other Saturday morning through September, enjoy a rotating schedule of energizing classes designed to get you moving, feeling great, and having fun. Every Wellness in the Park class is completely free and open to all ages & ability levels!

Stretch, strengthen, and smile in the sunshine. Join Jess for a rejuvenating yoga class surrounded by nature. Bring a mat and water or borrow a mat from our Guest Services Rental Bar.

🧘🏽‍♀️ August 9th: Sculpt Yoga in the Park with Andi Palladino
Strengthen, stretch, and sculpt with Andi in this energizing outdoor yoga class—ideal for fitness fans who love fresh air. Bring a mat and water or borrow a mat from our Guest Services Rental Bar.

🧘🏽‍♀️ August 23rd: Yoga in the Park with Mina. Connect body and breath in a calming outdoor session led by Mina. All levels welcome—just bring your mat and good energy!

🧘🏽‍♀️ September 6th: Yoga with Jess Jaksha. Join us for free yoga session led by certified yoga instructor Jess Jaksha.
