🥚🥛"Limpia con huevo" or "egg cleanse" is a traditional spiritual healing practice, originating in Mexico and Mesoamerica, that uses eggs, sacred herbs and smokes to help remove negative energy and to help relieve symptoms connected to anxiety, depression, and insomnia.

Afterwards, the yoke is placed in a glass water and the results are read by the practitioner.

Join third generation hereditary Chickasaw practitioner and shaman, Erica Nevermore, as she guides us through this step by step process and helps us to read our own results!
