Intro to Capoeira

Join us Tuesday, September 9th at 6:00 pm for a FREE Intro to Capoeira class for Teen & Adults (ages 13+)

Come experience this dynamic Afro-Brazilian Martial Art in a sixty minute preview class. In this class, you’ll participate in a warm up, learn some basic techniques, practice simple combinations, partner drills, and learn a little bit about the history, music and culture of this unique art form.

No previous capoeira experience or special equipment is required. Just come dressed in comfortable clothing, ready to move.
