What to Bring:
Bring printed photos or copies if you prefer not to use originals. Your album can include photos, poems, artworks, tickets, cards, or notes – anything meaningful to you or someone special.
If you already have a scrapbooking album or special embellishments, please bring them along too!
We also have LOTS of supplies and a few brand new scrapbooks to share so it's Ok to bring only one or two items or nothing at all ok?
Session 1: Snip, Stick & Story – The Basics of Scrapbooking
Introduction to the art of scrapbooking and layout ideas
Session 2: Pop, Shine & Texture – Embossing & Embellishing
Hands-on embossing: dry embossing folders
Session 3: Cut It Out – Die-Cutting & Decorative Elements
Intro to using a die cut machine – safety and setup
Session 4: Stamp & Finish – Details That Tell the Story
Using stamps and ink pads effectively (backgrounds, borders, quotes)

Catherine is a Volunteer with Vinnies' Creative Space and kindly and generously shares her facilitation and creative skills with our Community.

Catherine is mixed media Artist who recently moved from the Illawarra and now resides in the Southern Highlands.
Catherine is also a seasoned Art Educator. She explores her love of nature and papercraft though printmaking, collage and mixed media artworks that combine many disciplines in one with textured, and colourful results. Her work is joyous and features layers and rough edges applied with a design sensibility often featuring representations of flora and fauna.
We love Catherine's work and her heart for community!
