Even if you don't live with a person you support - A Caring role can be significant.

We all need a bit of support and connection sometimes ...
Encourage the people you know deserve some support - or give yourself permission...

Come along!
Connect with the Carer Gateway Team to learn more about
the programs and support available to you.

- Learn therapeutic strategies to connect with and care for
yourself

- Express emotions and feelings with art (No artistic
experience needed)

- A safe space in which to be heard and supported by those
whom 'get it’

- Facilitation by trained, registered, and experienced
counsellors

- All materials will be provided
