Slow Flow Yoga - COMMUNITY DONATION CLASS

This is a donation based class in partnership with Inspirational Life Training Company 501c3 that we are offering as a way for you to get some movement in and support a company who wants to support our mental health counselors, therapists, social workers, and all of those who help us.

This is a slow flow class and is great for beginners. You are always welcome to modify and do what you need to during every single posture. You will practice breath to movement style yoga to create a deep connection to your body and mind.

These classes run the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month through the summer of 2025 and then may continue though fall and winter!
