We’re excited to welcome Kaitlin back to Indigo Mystics for Meditative Intentions + Sound Bath, a 90-minute journey of intention, meditation, and sound healing. (She did a free sound bath at our Healing Circle last month!)
This experience begins by creating space for you to reflect and set a personal intention—what you wish to heal, release, or invite into your life. Kaitlin will then guide you through a deeply calming meditation focused on healing and aligning with your purpose.
Once you’re grounded and connected to your higher self, you’ll be immersed in the soothing tones of a crystal sound bath. The frequencies of the singing bowls help release stagnant energy, support emotional and physical healing, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

Kaitlin is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, Reiki II practitioner, sound healer, and intuitive. Through her practice, Sunflower Spirit Wellness, she creates empowering and joyful spaces where others can connect with themselves and their paths with acceptance and grace. Her offerings are heartfelt and full of energy, helping you step more fully into your own healing journey.
