Iraqi Cooking Class

Learn to make a signature dish of Iraq; onion dolmas.

These savory stuffed onions combine the flavors of pomegranate, tamarind and lemon, with rice, beef and tomato for a unique and delicious dish. Served with cold yogurt sauce and fresh vegetables.
