Marzipan 101
Marzipan is used in Europe to decorate cakes, fill candies or create individual sweet treats.
It can be used for most applications people use fondant for in the USA, but it's healthier and tastes way better.
In this class, we will make marzipan from scratch, make a special sugar paste to use as base and dowels to strengthen the structures and edible glue.
We will learn how to color marzipan and use it for different applications.
We will create two different figurines and a rose.
The durations of this class is unpredictable (depends highly on the number and skill level of participants). Class will end when everyone finished the projects.
