All materials are provided. Come in comfy clothing.
Plant smoke will be used. Please bring a mask or inhaler if you are sensitive to smoke.

** Yes, I am of Odawa/ Ojibwe ancestry. Yes, I was trained in using plant smoke in ceremony by a traditional Dine hataalii (Navajo healer). No, I do not consider smudging a closed practice. Yes, all are welcome to participate, learn, & benefit from healing knowledge.
