BG Community Center Pickleball Courts Ribbon Cutting

We are excited to announce the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new outdoor Pickleball Courts at the BG Community Center! Join us on Thursday, October 23rd at 4 PM at 1245 W. Newton Road in BG.

The Pickleball Courts are conveniently located next to the Community Center. “The location is perfect as pickleball players in BG have been playing inside the Community Center for years”, said Kristen Otley, Director of Parks and Recreation. Pickleball is a sport for all ages and is especially popular with retirees.

The construction of eight new outdoor pickleball courts is a testament to the dedication and passion of the Bowling Green pickleball community. Thanks to tireless fundraising efforts and a strong partnership with the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Foundation, this project is a shining example of community spirit and collaboration.

The public is invited to join in celebrating this exciting new recreational opportunity in the city of Bowling Green.
