Join us throughout October for our Local History Publication Award Lecture Series. Speakers are winners of the CAC’s annual Local History Publication Awards, recognized for their outstanding contributions to regional scholarship.

Dr. Timothy Messer-Kruse, School of Cultural & Critical Studies, BGSU, examines Jessup Scott’s prediction that Toledo would be the “future great city of the world” - and why those dreams never fully came true.
