Wiggle & Giggle Kids Fitness Program

The Wiggle and Giggle Fitness Program offers young children ages 1 to 6 (and older kids up to age 10) a fun way to stay active with sessions featuring yoga, dance, tumbling, sports, and playful movement.

The Wiggle and Giggle Fitness Program is perfect for young children ages 1 to 6, but children ages 7 to 10 may participate as well. Different sessions will focus on yoga, stretching, dance, tumbling, sports, and playful movement to promote physical fitness and fun. Kids can participate in one or all of the sessions.

This week's theme is "Little Athletes" which focuses on basic sports skills like running, jumping, and throwing in a playful, non-competitive environment. To sign up for today's Wiggle & Giggle program or future dates visit: www.cityofbowie.org/kidfit.
