Bowen Family Fun Day

Join us for the Girudala Bowen Family Fun Day on Saturday, July 12th, 2025, from 10am to 2pm at the Bowen Sound Shell! 🥳

Celebrate NAIDOC Week and the 2025 theme, The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy, with a Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony by Jim Gaston. The NAIDOC awards will also be awarded! Browse through various stall holders and food vendors, and participate in fun family activities. We will also have a race - dash for cash! Enjoy live entertainment! Don’t miss our free "come and try" of Kup Murri, a traditional cooking method by indigenous people, proudly supported by North Queensland Bulk Ports (NQBP).
