Super Chilled Sunday Resorative Gong Session

Sat nam everybody,

We have a new Sunday class Bi- weekly at T.O.S.H for summer months. If you’re craving deep rest, gentle movement, and a reconnection to your inner calm this series could be for you.

Over 6 bi-weekly sessions, we’ll move through the chakra system with soft, intuitive Kundalini yoga, gentle breathwork, and immersive gong baths designed to calm your nervous system and release stagnant energy.

Each session focuses on a different chakra — from grounding in the root to awakening your inner vision at the crown. It’s going to be less about effort and more about relaxing and softening and listening to our bodies and what they really need. Deeply relaxing movement, Chakra-based intention & mantra, Restorative breathwork, 40+ minute gong bath, a lovely airy space tucked away where we can just be.


No previous experience needed, Suitable for all levels.
