A high-energy, fun-filled reformer Pilates class with a sparkling twist! We kick things off with a glass of Prosecco before class, and finish with another one to celebrate your workout.
This vibrant, social session is all about getting fit while having fun - whether you're bringing friends or coming solo for a feel-good buzz and a sweat! It's suitable for all levels, including beginners.
While we do recommend completing 2-3 beginner classes beforehand to get familiar with the reformer, it's absolutely not essential - just come ready to move, laugh, and toast to your effort!
Note: Appropriate clothing and Pilates socks must be worn at all times.
