A gentle invitation to slow down, to pause and to take notice, with nature in mind.


Simply spending time outdoors and interacting with the elements gives our senses a host of stimuli that cannot be recreated indoors. What unfolds when we take time to explore the natural world around us?

Join me at the Secret Garden on a curious and joyous journey. Each session will have different nature-based activities to relax and nurture us.

Suitable for adults.

This workshop is facilitated by Karin who is trained in Eco-Psychology and Nature Based Practices.
