A fun, free and informal session to introduce baby led weaning to you and your baby. For babies from 6 months old, ready to start eating solid foods.

Our supportive team will take you through how to introduce new foods, cover choking versus gagging, how to safely introduce allergenic foods and meet other parents in a similar place to you.
