Jan and Stacey first opened Restaurant Roots in 2015. Roots has always been about simple exquisite food with complimentary wines. Traditionally it provides a tasting menu which allows Jan to serve creative dishes. Since opening they have received several awards including a recommendation from the Michelin guide, 3 AA rosettes, and rated as one of two best restaurants in Dorset in the Good Food Guide.
