I didn’t realise how much tension my body was holding.
I knew in my head that I was stressed, but it wasn’t until my Cuddle Workshop Facilitator Training two years ago that I truly felt it in my body. Four days of learning, practicing, and slowing down showed me how much I had been carrying without even noticing.
And just yesterday, during my Temple of Radiance training, I was reminded again of the simple power of breath, how slowing down and returning to the breath is the doorway back to presence and safety.
These experiences showed me how healing it is to pause, to connect, and to feel safe enough to soften. And that’s when I realised this is the kind of space I want to offer to others as I do it very naturally.
That’s why I created Inner Temple Activation: From Self-Connection to Belonging
a 3-hour sanctuary to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience safe, authentic connection with others.
