An exciting announcement!!! Vida Mizani and I are collaborating to create something really special for children aged 10 years and over.
In this fast paced time when life can feel busy and heavy do you feel your child/ren could do with some support? Maybe they have anxiety, maybe it’s difficult to regulate emotions, maybe they find relationships hard. Or maybe your child just needs a space that is none judgmental and safe for them to express themselves. In this unique and beautiful collaboration Vida of sounds alive therapy and Babita of Ancient Voice drumming/Alchemy Transformation come together to offer just this. Using the power of sound therapy of gong and drum for non verbal shifts. Along side some traditional therapeutic techniques for exploring emotions we offer your little ones a safe place to land. With over 25years of experience working with people in various settings we are uniquely qualified to offer this opportunity now. The sessions will be every last Sunday starting on 28th September 3-4.30pm at Moose International Hall
