Full Moon Restorative yoga every 4 weeks

Relax your body, your mind, and connect with the releasing energy of the full moon.

This is a floor based, gentle practice to nourish the body, calm the mind, reset the nervous system and to create space to connect with yourself.

These restorative yoga sessions are focused on basic breathwork, simple asanas and gentle guided meditation.

We will use bolsters along with eye pillows and blankets to allow the body to deeply relax, to release tension in the muscles and release stress from the mind

Allow yourself the time of reconnecting with your internal world and dedicate this time to honouring your mind, body and spirit.

Give yourself permission to feel safe and nurtured during this practice and leave this class feeling relaxed and prepared for the week ahead.

This class encourages intuitive and mindful movement and is suitable for yogis and yoginis of all levels.
