Full Moon Floating Sound Bath - Buck Moon 🦌🌕

Join us for 60 minutes of head-clearing, stress melting, sound healing sound bath at the Queens Hotel & Spa, Bournemouth.
Red Paddle Co paddleboards will be ready for you in the lovely warm pool.
Free Parking in the hotel car park, leave your registration at reception.

What to wear...
Just general yoga/gym stuff should be fine
As you will be getting on to a paddleboard in the water be prepared to get a little bit of a slight splash, but otherwise you will just be lying on the board whilst julia plays her sound bowls around you.
I would dress warmly & you can always bring socks & a jumper onto the board with you as you will find your body temperature naturally drops during a sound bath and we dont want you to get cold even though we are in an indoor pool in a spa.
So i would dress in gym clothes & bring a jumper & socks so you can be warm & comfortable on the paddleboard for an hour
