🧘♀️ STILLNESS - A short grounding meditation to centre and ground
🌊 SALTWATER - A sea dip (or a paddle, or just toes-in while you play with the dogs)
☕ SOUL CHATS - Connection time over warm drinks and kind conversation
No pressure. No expectations. Just community, calm, and the magic of the sea 💙✨ Come as you are - bring a towel, warm clothes, and an open heart.
