Learning to Fly/Teaching to Fly

Interested in arm balances and inversions but unsure where to start?

My ethos is that if you can do downward dog, you can work with inversions!

Join me for a THREE class series as we deconstruct the anatomy of some of these posture. We will engage in preliminary warm up needs, as well as myofascial release, to guide the body towards each posture. Props such as blocks, blankets, cushions, chairs, and the wall will be used to assist the body as well.

Emphasis is on curiosity, releasing fear, and safe play in an encouraging accessible environment.

This course is available for 5 CEU’s for Yoga Alliance registered yoga teachers. There will be an additional practicum for certification of completion (staying for 1.5 hours). $100
