Inversion and Balance Workshop with Lo

In this 75-minute workshop-style class, we will introduce the mechanics of inversions and arm balances. This class is designed for students with a regular yoga practice to enhance their confidence and abilities in finding balance upside down.

The class will cover how to strengthen the core and prepare the body for these intermediate to advanced poses, as well as how to apply props to safely set up for success.

Postures may include crow pose, elbow stand and handstand, and their many variations. We will cover various transitions for how to enter and exit the postures, as well as transitions for how to incorporate an arm balance into your regular flow.
